TEN THINGS YOU CAN DO
To help save Coyote Hills from development.
1) Call, write or e-mail the Fullerton Council members and state that you want ALL of the Chevron property permanently saved as a park for all to enjoy.

2) Join your friends and neighbors for a peaceful MARCH from downtown to city hall, on Tues. 2/16, starting at 5:00pm. Bring signs, a loud voice and enthusiasm for letting everyone know to SAVE ALL OF IT!
3) Attend Planning Commission and City Council Hearings on the issue of re- zoning and development of this last piece of undeveloped land in N. Orange County. Check the city website and the Observer for upcoming dates/times. Hearings should begin this spring 2010.
4) Check out the City responses to the comments made on all the EIR’s at: www.ci.fullerton.ca.us/depts/dev_serv/west_coyote_hills_specific_plan/reports.asp Send your opinions and comments to the city before Feb. 26, 2010.
5) Put a sign in your yard or window. Get a yard sign through the website when you sign up as a concerned citizen (www.coyotehills.org)
6) Join the Community Partners Program at Ralph’s where you will be donating to our organization every time you shop for groceries. Check at your local stores for the proper forms and procedures.
7) Make a tax-deductible donation to Friends of Harbors, Beaches and Parks to support saving Coyote Hills. This money is needed for legal and professionals such as biologists’ fees to make a strong case for preserving the property. Make checks payable to Friends of Coyote Hills, PO Box 5267, Fullerton, CA 92838, or donate through Paypal on the website, (www.coyotehills.org).
8) Stay informed. Pay attention to the issue in the press. Join our e-mail list for regular updates. Check our website for information-www.coyotehills.org.
9) Write letters to the editors in the newspapers supporting "Save all of the Coyote Hills:”
10) Take a hike. Bring your family on a nature hike held the second Saturday of each month, at 8:00am. Meet at the Recreational Riders Equestrian Center at Lakeview and Euclid.
