Comment: One of the things that make it nice to live in a community are the open spaces. Once this area is gone it can never be brought back. I know there is always the draw for new tax revenue, and the developers always want their money, but it will be a nicer place to live if this area remains a part of your community.

Comment: I am in no way an activist of any kind and certainly not a radical conservationist. I don't even live in the Coyote Hills area--I just pass it everyday on the way to work. I saw the signs and got curious. I was right. Another "plan" to destroy beautiful open space with animals, trees, greenery, and a visual breath of fresh air. Very sad. I will keep this issue in my prayers and hope the selfish money-hongers don't win their battle and destroy for profit!

Comment: I think it is terrible what they plan on doing what ever it takes we need to preserve this area. I Grown up in the Fullerton/Brea/La Habra area and to think that they want to destroy one of the remaining natural areas is absurd. One of the reasons I love where I like is the natural surrounding area. I watched them build up Yorba Linda and other parts of the surrounding area growing up and to think this is one of the last we have to save it!!!!

Comment: What makes the North Orange County communities of Fullerton, Brea and Yorba Linda so desirable is the mix of urban amenities along side unadulterated natural settings. Further development threatens to destroy this balance, and ruin the desirability of these communities. There comes a point when this balance shifts for the worse and I believe that point may be reached with the development of Coyote Hills.

Comment: I was born and raised in Fullerton, and so much has changed since then... One of the things I love about coyote hills is being close to the wildlife and away from the traffic... Now I have to worry about coyotes running around the neighborhood at night and cars crowding streets all day. All this development needs to stop.

Comment: Fullerton does not need another shopping complex or more new communities, which create more traffic. What should be done is to preserve Coyote Hills since it is the only large open space in the area. Once the developers get their grips on the area and bulldoze it down, those hills and their history will be gone forever. It will be really sad if they are not stopped.
